How we roll it out
Briefing
Venue, period, task. From venue photos we check access, power and internet.
Choosing the content
Existing character, custom assistant, Spot product display or TPort live telepresence. The quote includes the content.
Delivery and set-up
We deliver and set up the display on the agreed day and show your team how to operate it.
Rental period and collection
A technician is on site at events; long-term rentals are monitored remotely. At the end we dismantle and collect.

Technology transparency. HoloChron displays are not free-floating laser holograms: they are screen-based displays in which the character appears life-size, standing in space, which is why viewers experience it as a hologram. We use “hologram-effect” and “spatial-effect” in that sense. Details in the FAQ.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in the rental fee?
The display, delivery, set-up, dismantling, the chosen content and, at events, the on-site technician. The quote itemises what you configure in the configurator.
What is the shortest rental?
One day. The daily rate decreases for longer rentals; for permanent installation we recommend an annual contract.
What internet is needed?
For the Box a high-quality wired or 4G/5G connection for conversation without delays; for the MiniBox and Kiosk a stable connection is enough. Product videos need no internet.
Can we buy after renting?
Yes, the displays can be purchased, and with an annual operation contract we maintain the content too. You can switch from rental to purchase.
