Process
How we roll it out
Briefing
Venue, date, audience, message. We look at the floor plan and the stand size and propose the display.
Content
We build the host's knowledge base from your material: products, programme, common questions, game rules. With an existing character it can be ready within a week.
Delivery and set-up
We deliver and set up the Box the day before, tuned to the sound and lighting conditions.
On-site supervision
Our technician is present during the event; at the end we dismantle and collect. Afterwards you get a report on the conversations and the leads collected.

Technology transparency. HoloChron displays are not free-floating laser holograms: they are screen-based displays in which the character appears life-size, standing in space, which is why viewers experience it as a hologram. We use “hologram-effect” and “spatial-effect” in that sense. Details in the FAQ.

Frequently asked questions
How much space does it need on the stand?
The Box footprint is 123 × 60 cm, height 208 cm, weight about 300 kg; the MiniBox sits on a counter. It needs a level, load-bearing floor and a route to bring the Box in.
What lighting does it need?
The hologram effect is strongest in controlled light; we avoid direct sunlight and strong front lighting. It works well in exhibition halls and hotel ballrooms.
The event is loud. Will it understand visitors?
Speech recognition is noise-tolerant, and the built-in speakers can be connected to the venue PA. In very loud environments a touch-screen input can be enabled.
How far in advance should we book?
With an existing character and a rented display one to two weeks is enough; a custom character and knowledge base take 3–6 weeks. Book the date as early as you can.
